Welcome to PowerCleanMaid. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. We’ve written them to be clear, fair, and transparent—because trust is the foundation of everything we clean.

Scope & Definitions

These Terms govern your use of the PowerCleanMaid website and outline the agreement between you ("the Client") and our cleaning services.

Service Acceptance & Authorization

A confirmed booking via phone, email, or our contact form constitutes acceptance of these terms. By granting us access to your property, you authorize our team to perform the agreed-upon scope of work. This includes permission to use client-provided utilities (water, electricity) and cleaning supplies unless a "Green Clean" package is selected, in which case PowerCleanMaid provides eco-certified products.

Access, Safety & Valuables

The client is responsible for securing personal valuables, cash, and fragile items prior to service. Our team is trained to work around obstacles, but we cannot be held liable for damage to items that were not properly stored or for pre-existing wear and tear. Safe working conditions must be provided (e.g., clear pathways, absence of hazardous materials).

We carry full liability insurance and require rigorous background checks for every team member, ensuring that the people entering your home are as trustworthy as they are skilled.

Payment & Pricing

All prices are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Payment is due upon completion of service unless a corporate account agreement is in place. We accept cash, GCash, and bank transfers.

  • Fixed Pricing: Quotes are based on the estimated time and scope. Significant changes to the property condition may affect the final price.
  • Late Fees: Invoices unpaid after 15 days may incur a 2% monthly service fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. To ensure we can accommodate all clients fairly:

  • 24-Hour Notice: No fee for cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
  • Less Than 24 Hours: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may apply.
  • Lockouts: If our team cannot access the property upon arrival, a lockout fee (50% of service) applies.

Damage & Liability

We exercise extreme care. If an item is damaged due to our negligence, we will repair or replace it up to a reasonable value. Pre-existing damage is documented via photos prior to cleaning.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, contact us within 24 hours. We will return to address the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.

Termination

PowerCleanMaid reserves the right to terminate service immediately if the site is deemed unsafe or if these Terms are violated.
